Our 6 Step Process

A trained UHI representative will come out to perform a FREE property inspection to document any damage to your properties exterior/interior.

If the UHI representative determines that there is enough damage to your property that you would qualify.  We will call your insurance company to inform them of the damages

The adjuster from your insurance company will contact you directly to schedule the inspection.  Write down the adjusters Name Phone Number and date and time that the inspection is.

Your UHI representative will meet the adjuster at your property where we will use our many years of experience to get you the best possible outcome.

With our guidance, we will choose the best products and colors to make your property look great again. After this, your project will be put into our production schedule for completion. Check the app or website to get exact delivery and schedule times (you will also get an email notification). At this time the first insurance check is due so that we can purchase materials.

This process usually takes 1 to 2 days depending on the size of your house.   A certified UHI crew will show up at 7:00 and introduce themselves before beginning work.  Please put your cars in the street the night before the build to streamline the process.  To ensure our top quality standards our met, one of the UHI trained inspectors will come to do a 25 point inspection to make sure that everything is done to the top workmanship standards.  We stand by our 10 year workmanship warranty and want to ensure everything is done to perfection.
